Einmal Um Die Welt
"Einmal um die Welt" ("One time around the world") is the fifth single by German rapper Cro (musician), Cro. A Pop music, pop and rap music, rap song, it was produced by Cro and Kilians. It first appeared on his mixtape "Meine Musik", released on 11 February 2011. The lyrics and musical composition are attributed to Cro. On 27 October, the music video was released. The single was released on 2 November 2012 as the fifth single from Cro's debut album ''Raop'' on 23 March 2012 through Chimperator Productions. The song samples "Fight the Start" by German indie rock band The Kilians. The official video clip was filmed entirely in Portugal (Lisbon and Cascais). Cro (musician)
Carlo Waibel (born 31 January 1990), better known by the stage name Cro, is a German rapper and singer. He describes his music as a mixture between Hip hop music, rap and Pop music, pop, which he calls "raop". He is known for wearing a panda mask on stage. Early life Cro was born Carlo Waibel. He attended the Realschule Galgenberg in Aalen, and later the Johannes-Gutenberg-Schule, a vocational school in Stuttgart. He began recording music at the age of 13. and learned to play piano and guitar. Musical career In 2009, Cro released his first mixtape, ''Trash''. On 11 February 2011, his second mixtape ''Meine Musik'' was released. It was available for free download. Cro produced the entire mixtape by himself. Viva (stylized VIVA, but not an acronym according to program director Dieter Gorny) was a German free-to-air Music television, music television channel, first broadcast on 1 December 1993. Kilians
Kilians were a German indie rock band. They started out as a loose group of music mad students from Dinslaken, Germany. In 2005, the band's line-up stabilised and they recorded their first self-titled EP. In the following year their song 'Jealous Lover' reached number 3 of the German CampusCharts. In 2006, Thees Uhlmann of Tomte discovered Kilians and invited them to support his band on their spring tour. On this tour Kilians sold 700 copies of their EP. Uhlmann later became Kilians' manager. In August 2006, Kilians toured Germany in a bus sponsored by Austrian energy drink manufacturer Red Bull. They played several small guerrilla gigs on camping sites adjacent to various music festivals.
