The Einkaufs-Center Neuperlach – pep (also ''Perlacher Einkaufspassagen'') is a shopping mall in Munich's Neuperlach borough operated by ECE. With a floor space of 60,000 square meters and about 135 specialty shops, it was according to a survey for the year 2002, the most profitable shopping center in Germany, the average revenue per square meter was twice as high as the national average. In designing the state capital, it is recognized as an integrated site with the function of a district center, and through its size has an important role for the entire southeast of the metropolitan Munich. Neuperlach (Central Bavarian: ''Neiperlach'') is a borough in the southeast of the Bavarian capital, Munich. and is part of the city district no. 16, Ramersdorf-Perlach. It was built starting in 1967 east of the former village of Perlach on the ground of the former Perlacher Haid. is an autobahn in southern Germany that runs 497 km (309 mi) from the Luxembourg A13 motorway at Schengen via Neunkirchen, Pirmasens, Karlsruhe, Pforzheim, Stuttgart, Ulm, Augsburg and Munich to the Austrian West Autobahn near Salzburg. The A8 is a significant east–west transit route. Its construction began in March 1934 during Nazi rule as a ''Reichsautobahn'', the section between Karlsruhe and Salzburg having been completed by the time road works were discontinued in World War II. Although most parts have been modernized and extended since, significant sections remain in their original configuration from the 1930s - 2+2 lanes, no emergency lanes, steep hills and tight curves. The Riem Arcaden is the largest shopping mall in Munich. It was built in the Messestadt Riem district at Willy-Brandt-Platz according to a design by the Allmann Sattler Wappner office and opened on 10 March 2004. Ständlerstraße
The Ständlerstraße is a 3.5 km long street in the south of Munich. It is a part of the exterior ring planned in earlier years. It runs from the Stadelheimer Straße, the corner of Schwanseestraße in Giesing, crosses the A8, is crossed by the chain bridge Neuperlach and ends in the Karl-Marx-Ring in Neuperlach. Due to the original planning, the routing of the road is also generous for eight lanes, but only built to four lanes.
