Egil Toreng
Ottar Egil Toreng (5 December 1922 – 8 January 2015) was a Norwegian newspaper editor and politician. He was born in Kristiania, and grew up in Flisa. He became a journalist in '' Glåmdalen'' during the second world war, and was promoted to sub-editor in 1954. From 1961 to 1962 he worked with information in the Norwegian Labour Party. He was a member of the municipal council for Kongsvinger Municipality from 1952 to 1963. He became news editor in ''Glåmdalen'' in 1962, and was their editor-in-chief from 1968 to 1986. He was a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway during the term 1958–1961. Toreng was a national board member of the Labour Party from 1973 to 1981, headed Arbeiderpressens Samvirke from 1975 to 1979 and the Association of Norwegian Editors from 1978 to 1982, and chaired the Norwegian News Agency's board of directors from 1980 to 1987. Oslo
Oslo ( or ; ) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. The municipality of Oslo had a population of in 2022, while the city's greater urban area had a population of 1,064,235 in 2022, and the metropolitan area had an estimated population of in 2021. Svein Døvle Larssen (20 April 1928 – 23 January 2015) was a Norwegian newspaper editor. He spent most of his career in the Conservative press in the county of Vestfold, and was also an elected politician for the Conservative Party of Norway, Conservative Party. He also held a number of positions in Norwegian media organizations. Career He was born in Stokke, and took his examen artium in 1948. In 1949 he was hired as a journalist in the now defunct Sandefjord-based newspaper ''Dagbladet Vestfold''. He was soon promoted to editor-in-chief, although in another newspaper, ''Rjukan Dagblad''. From 1954 to 1956 he was the editor-in-chief of ''Larvik Morgenavis''. Hedmark () was a Counties of Norway, county in Norway from 1 January 1919 to 31 December 2019, bordering Trøndelag to the north, Oppland to the west, Akershus to the south, and Sweden to the east. Kongsvinger Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from the city of Kongsvinger in Hedmark, founded in 1892. Its men's football team is well-known, and it has teams for several other sports. Athletics Kongsvinger IL has an athletics section. Until 2009, it too used Gjemselund Stadion, which got rubber track in 1986. Flisa
Flisa is the administrative centre of Åsnes Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village lies at the confluence of the rivers Flisa and Glomma. The Norwegian National Road 2 and the Solørbanen railway line both pass through the village. The village of Kjellmyra is located about to the south, the village of Sønsterud is about to the northeast, and the village of Gjesåsen is about to the north.
