Edwin Rees
Edwin James Rees (1899 – after 1925) was a Welsh professional footballer who played as an inside right in the Football League for Charlton Athletic and Bradford City. Career Born in Llanelly,Frost, p. 405 Rees spent his early career with Ton Pentre and Charlton Athletic. He joined Bradford City in May 1925, making 2 league appearances for the club, before being released in 1926. Llanelly
Llanelly () is a village, Community (Wales), community, and parish in the county of Monmouthshire, South East Wales. It formerly existed in the historic county of Brecknockshire. The population of the community and ward at the 2011 United Kingdom census, 2011 census was 3,899. The Brecon Beacons National Park encompasses the parish and the surrounding area. Maurice Richards
Maurice Charles Rees Richards (born 2 February 1945) is a Welsh former dual-code international rugby footballer. A wing, he was part of the 1968 British Lions tour to South Africa. Richards played rugby union at club level for Cardiff, and the Wales national rugby union team, famously scoring four tries in a Five Nations match against England, before switching to rugby league in 1969 with Salford.
