Eduardo Ramírez Velázquez (born 15 September 1971), known professionally as Eduardo "Lalo" España, is a Mexican telenovela, stage and film actor, and comedian. He is best known for his character Márgara Francisca, his role as Germán Martínez in the television series ''Vecinos'', voicing Evaristo in the ''Leyendas (franchise), Leyendas'' film series and being a former member of ''Otro Rollo''.
