Eduard Ibáñez
Eduard Ibáñez i Pulido (born 14 May 1969) is a Spanish civil servant and lawyer. He has served as the personal representative of the episcopal co-prince of Andorra, initially for Joan Enric Vives i Sicília and currently for Josep-Lluís Serrano Pentinat, since November 2023. Early life and education Ibáñez was born on 14 May 1969 in Barcelona. He graduated from the University of Barcelona in 1992 with a degree in law, and later obtained a doctorate in criminal law from the university in 2007. He earned another degree, in philosophy, from Ramon Llull University in 2012. Career Ibáñez has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since September 1992, and has specialized in the criminal and penitentiary field since January 1993. Josep-Lluís Serrano Pentinat (; born 19March 1977) is a Spanish prelate of the Catholic Church who has been serving as Bishop of Urgell and ''ex officio'' episcopal Co-Prince of Andorra since 2025. Serrano worked in the diplomatic service of the Holy See from 2012 to 2024. Early life Serrano was born on 19March 1977 in Tivissa, Catalonia, Spain. He is a fluent speaker of Catalan, Spanish, French, English, Italian and Portuguese. He entered the minor seminary in Tortosa at the age of 14, then entered the major seminary in 1995. He studied at the in Barcelona and received a Bachelor of Theology degree in 2001. Xavier Espot Zamora (born 30 October 1979) is an Andorran judge and politician who has served as Prime Minister of Andorra and President of the Democrats for Andorra since 2019. He previously served as Minister of Social Affairs, Justice, and the Interior from 2012 to 2019.
