Pilates (; ) is a type of mind–body intervention, mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Scuba diving is a mode of underwater diving whereby divers use breathing equipment that is completely independent of a surface air supply.
