Edoardo Ricci
Edoardo Ricci (27 April 1928 – 28 November 2008) was an Italian Bishop for the Catholic Church. Born in 1928, Ricci was ordained as a Priest at the age of 23 on 8 October 1950. A bishop is an ordained clergy member who is entrusted with a position of authority and oversight in a religious institution. In Christianity, bishops are normally responsible for the governance of dioceses. The role or office of bishop is called episcopacy.
