Edin Forto
Edin Forto (born 16 August 1972) is a Bosnian politician serving as Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton since January 2021. He previously served as Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton from 2018 to 2020. Since September 2021, Forto has also been the president of Our Party. Following the 2014 general election, he became a member of both the Sarajevo Cantonal Assembly and the Federal House of Peoples. Before becoming president, Forto was the vice president of Our Party. Early career Forto was born in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia on 16 August 1972, where he graduated from "Ognjen Prica" high school in 1991. During the Bosnian War from 1992 to 1995, he worked as a journalist, editor, and DJ for several creative and media outlets, including Obala Art Center, Radio ZID, Radio 202, and ''BH Dani'' magazine. This article lists the heads of the Sarajevo Canton, the head of the Government of the Sarajevo Canton. Until 2002, both the offices of governor and prime minister existed. However, the office of governor of the Sarajevo Canton was abolished and the office of prime minister was left as the sole office. The prime minister is appointed by the Sarajevo Cantonal Assembly. As head of the government, the prime minister has no authority for appointing ministers, and his role is that of a coordinator. Ministers are appointed in his or her stead by the majority-parties according to ethnic and entity representation rules, so that a deputy minister must not be of same ethnicity as the respective minister. A spinal nerve is a mixed nerve, which carries motor, sensory, and autonomic signals between the spinal cord and the body. In the human body there are 31 pairs of spinal nerves, one on each side of the vertebral column. These are grouped into the corresponding cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral and coccygeal regions of the spine. 2020 Bosnian Municipal Elections
Municipal elections were held in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 15 November 2020 to elect mayors and assemblies in 143 municipalities.
