Edge Church
Edge Church, registered as Edge Church International, formerly Southside Christian Church, is a multi-campus and Pentecostal church established in 1994. It is based in Adelaide, South Australia. Establishment Edge Church International was originally called Southside Christian Church when it was established in 1994. Ps Danny Guglielmucci established Southside Christian Church in May of that year, with just 80 people in a small building at O'Halloran Hill. By 1996, Southside had relocated from O'Halloran Hill to their current Adelaide South campus in Reynella in the Adelaide southern suburbs. The church relocated to what had previously been the Old Reynella Markets in Old Reynella. In 2006, Southside Christian Church was renamed to become Edge Church International, reflecting a broader reach outside of just the South of Adelaide. O'Halloran Hill is a suburb in the south of Adelaide, South Australia, situated on the hills south of the O'Halloran Hill Escarpment, which rises from the Adelaide Plains and located 18 km from the city centre via the Main South Road. Old Reynella, South Australia
Old Reynella is a metropolitan suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It is located 20 km south of the Adelaide city centre in the north of the City of Onkaparinga. The suburb is named after John Reynell, a pioneering South Australian winemaker. Reynell sold some farmland to create the town of Reynella which is the present location of the suburb Old Reynella. The Reynell name goes back to the very beginning of the wine industry in South Australia, when John Reynell planted some of the first vines in the infant colony in the area that was later to bear his name. This pioneer of the grape was born in 1809 of a Devonshire farming family. Findon is a western suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It is located in the City of Charles Sturt. History In 1839, George Cortis was granted the land now constituting Findon, which he subdivided in 1848.
