Eddie Leslie
Frederick Leslie Whitaker (11 October 1903 – 27 June 1975), known as Eddie Leslie, was a British film actor and screenwriter. He often acted alongside Norman Wisdom, on stage and in his films '' Trouble in Store'' (1953); ''Up in the World'' (1956); '' Just My Luck'' (1957); '' The Square Peg'' (1958); '' Follow a Star'' (1959) and '' A Stitch in Time'' (1963). He wrote five of Wisdom's film screenplays as well as a couple of early TV shows for Wisdom in 1952. In 1956 he appeared in the first episode of Hancock's Half Hour TV show. His theatre credits include the role of Luther Billis in the musical ''South Pacific'' by Rodgers and Hammerstein and Joshua Logan in Glasgow's Alhambra Theatre in 1954. Camberwell
Camberwell ( ) is an List of areas of London, area of South London, England, in the London Borough of Southwark, southeast of Charing Cross. Camberwell was first a village associated with the church of St Giles' Church, Camberwell, St Giles and a Common land, common of which Goose Green is a remnant. This early parish included the neighbouring hamlets of Peckham, Dulwich, Nunhead, and part of Herne Hill (the rest of Herne Hill was in the parish of Lambeth). Until 1889, it was part of the county of Surrey. In 1900 the original parish became the Metropolitan Borough of Camberwell. Robert Henderson (December 19, 1904 – September 9, 1985) was an American actor and director. He was known for ''Superman'' (1978), ''Superman III'' (1983), and '' Phase IV'' (1974). Henderson was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His father was dean at the University of Michigan (UM). He played an important role in the early career of Sean Connery. On a 2003 episode of Michael Parkinson's talkshow, Sean Connery told Parkinson, and guests Boris Johnson and actor Ricky Tomlinson, that when he was touring as a chorus member in South Pacific, "An American actor in the cast, Robert Henderson, said to me 'Don't you want to be an actor,'and I said 'Me, an actor?
