Echo (miniseries)
''Echo'' is an American television miniseries created for the streaming service Disney+, based on Marvel Comics featuring the character of the same name. It is the tenth television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) produced by Marvel Studios, sharing continuity with the films of the franchise, and is a spin-off of the series '' Hawkeye'' (2021). It sees Maya Lopez as a deaf and indigenous person of America (traits shared by the character and the actress Alaqua Cox) return to her hometown where she must come to terms with her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace her family and community. Marion Dayre and Amy Rardin serve as head writers and Sydney Freeland leads the directing team. Choctaw Language
The Choctaw language (Choctaw: ), spoken by the Choctaw, an Indigenous people of the Southeastern Woodlands, is part of the Muskogean language family. Kira Kelly is an American cinematographer. She is perhaps best known for her work on '' 13th'', which earned her an Emmy Award nomination, and the cable series ''Queen Sugar''. Career Kelly is a graduate of Northwestern University with a major in Radio/Television/Film. Her professional film career began as an electrician. Sydney Freeland
Sydney Freeland (born October 10, 1980) is a Navajo filmmaker. She wrote and directed the short film ''Hoverboard'' (2012) and the film ''Drunktown's Finest'' (2014), which garnered numerous acclaims after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival. Her second film, '' Deidra and Laney Rob a Train'', debuted at Sundance and was released on Netflix in 2017. Early life Freeland was born in Gallup, New Mexico, United States in 1980 to a Navajo father and a Scottish mother, and she was raised on a Navajo reservation. Victoria Alonso (born 22 December 1965) is an Argentine film producer and President of Physical, Post Production, VFX and Animation at Marvel Studios.
