Ebrahim Shakouri
Ebrahim Shakouri ( fa, ابراهيم شكورى, born 16 February 1984 in Tehran, Iran) is a retired Iranian football defender. He is former general secretary of Iran Football Federation and current Executive Chairman of Persepolis Football Club. Club career He was a regular player in 2008–09 season for Payam and moved to Persepolis in June 2009. He usually plays on the left because he is a natural left footed player. The 2008–09 Persian Gulf Cup (also known as Iran Pro League) was the 26th season of Iran's Football League and eighth as Iran Pro League since its establishment in 2001. Persepolis were the defending champions. The season featured 15 teams from the 2007–08 Persian Gulf Cup and two new teams promoted from the 2007–08 Azadegan League: Payam Mashhad as champions and Foolad. Damash replaced Pegah. Iran's Premier Football League
The Persian Gulf Pro League ( fa, لیگ برتر خلیج فارس, ''Lig-e Bartar-e Xalij-e Fârs''), formerly known as the Iran Pro League ( fa, links=no, لیگ برتر ایران, ''Lig-e bartar-e Irân''), is the highest division of professional football in Iran.
