East Central Conference
The East Central Conference is a high school athletic conference in Wisconsin. Originally founded in 1970, it was disbanded in 2001 and remained defunct until its reconstitution in 2015. It will be dissolved again after 2024-25 school year, and all members in both incarnations belonged to the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. History 1970–2001 The East Central Conference was founded in 1970 by eight medium-sized high schools in east central Wisconsin. Wautoma High School
Wautoma is a city and the county seat of Waushara County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,209 at the 2020 census. The city consists of three noncontiguous areas: one is entirely surrounded by the Town of Wautoma, the second is entirely surrounded by the Town of Dakota, and the third and largest straddles the boundary between the two towns. Wautoma calls itself the "Christmas tree capital of the world". The Kirk Company of Tacoma, Washington, operated the "Wautoma plantation" of more than of Christmas trees, beginning in 1953. Wisconsin Flyway Conference
The Wisconsin Flyway Conference is a high school athletic conference with its membership concentrated in east central Wisconsin. It was founded in 2006 and all members belong to the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. History The Wisconsin Flyway Conference was formed in 2006, the result of a split of six schools from the East Central Flyway Conference ( Horicon, Laconia, Lomira, Mayville, North Fond du Lac and St. Mary's Springs). These schools were previously in the conference's Rivers Division and were members of the original Flyway Conference before its merger with the East Central Conference. Kettle Moraine Lutheran in Jackson was the seventh original member of the Wisconsin Flyway Conference, having been displaced by the closing of the Parkland Conference the year prior. Waupun High School
Waupun is a city in Dodge and Fond du Lac counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 11,344 at the 2020 census. Of this, 7,795 were in Dodge County, and 3,549 were in Fond du Lac County. In Fond du Lac County, the Town of Waupun abuts the city of Waupun. Kewaskum High School is located in Kewaskum, Wisconsin, United States and is the lone high school in the Kewaskum School District. Kewaskum High School's instruction includes grades 9-12.
