''E Dharifulhu'' is a 2009 Maldivian drama film directed by Ahmed Nimal. Produced by Yoosuf Shafeeu under Eupe Productions in collaboration with Future TV and Mai Dream Entertainments, the film stars Yoosuf Shafeeu, Niuma Mohamed, Mohamed Manik, Sheela Najeeb and Ahmed Nimal in pivotal roles. Plot Maisha (Niuma Mohamed), head of local women's committee, was returning to home after the dance practice for a show to be hosted to celebrate their organization's first anniversary. On her way, she was followed by an unknown man wearing a black mask and holding a knife. She was mentally disturbed with the incidence while her caring elder sister, Maasha (Sheela Najeeb) and boyfriend Farish (Mohamed Manik), believed it to be her uncertainty. Ahmed Nimal
Ahmed Nimal is a Maldivian actor, director, editor, writer and producer. Early life Prior to acting in films, Nimal worked at Maldives Meteorological Service office. His interest in films and acting grew due to the influence of his colleagues including Easa Shareef and other friends who actively take part in theatre plays. Career Nimal made his career debut with ''Nufoozu'' (1984), an initiation by Shareef and his colleagues. Initially assigned to work behind the camera, Shareef requested him to star in the lead role of the film due to a date conflict of the original actor who was offered the role first. Afterwards, he started working as a full-time actor and led an organization "Dhivehi Harakaaiy Jamiyya" along with Shareef. Ibrahim Zaid Ali
Ibrahim Zaid Ali (born 15 April 1978), commonly known as Kuda Ibbe is a Maldivian singer and music composer. Early life and career Since childhood, Ali had been listening to all genres of songs from Bollywood classical to hip-hop to heavy metal music. At the age of seven, Ali fabricated music equipment including guitar and drum using wood, plywood and tin, where he used these self-made instruments to perform songs in the football stadium. Aminath Shaufa Saeed (9 November 1990) is a Maldivian singer. Career In 2007, Saeed appeared in one of the Television Maldives-created singing series shows, ''Thihan'dhaanugai'', where she performed a cover of the song "Eynee Loabi", originally performed by Masodi Hassan Khaleel. Her voice was regarded as "somber", "husky" and "closed" yet "soulful", mostly comfortable in the lower vocal range. In 2008, she was nominated as the "Voice of Maldives", a singing competition where the winner gets to show up in Voice of India. Mariyam Ashfa
Mariyam Ashfa (born 25 December 1982) is a Maldivian singer and actress. Career Since a very early age, Ashfa participated in Interschool Singing Competition where she received several accolades for the same. She made her career debut with the song "Dhan Dhan Dhan" from the album ''Rovvaanulaa'' (2006). A duet with Mohamed Abdul Ghanee, the song topped several charts upon release and her talent was recognized by the music composers. Even though "Dhan Dhan Dhan" was released earlier, her first recorded song was "Vindhaa Hithaa Jaanaa", another duet with Ghanee. Soon after, she rendered several songs and became a prominent name in the industry.
