Écoles Sans Frontières ("Schools Without Borders") is a French non-governmental organisation (NGO) with volunteers and offices throughout the world who endeavour to: :"defend the basic right to education in the respect of human dignity. East Sea Fleet
The Eastern Theater Command Navy (东部战区海军, ETCN) is a formation of China's People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) and the naval component of the Eastern Theater Command. The ETCN was reorganized from the East Sea Fleet (ESF) by 2016. Currently Wang Zhongcai is the commander of the ESF and Mei Wen it's political commissar. The European Ski Federation (ESF) is the official federation regulating skiing within the continent of Europe and is responsible for the representation of skiing within the greater European Union over the disciplines of alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, and snowboarding. The European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) is one of the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIFs), which are dedicated to improving social cohesion and economic well-being across the regions of the Union. The funds are redistributive financial instruments that support cohesion within Europe by concentrating spending on the less-developed regions. It is the European Union's main financial instrument for supporting employment in the member states of the European Union as well as promoting economic and social cohesion, created by merging the existing European Social Fund with the EU Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD) and the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) in 2021. The European Social Forum (ESF) was a recurring conference held by members of the alter-globalization movement (also known as the Global Justice Movement). In the first few years after it started in 2002 the conference was held every year, but later it became biannual due to difficulties with finding host countries. The conference was last held in 2010.
