Sociedad Limitada
A private limited company is any type of business entity in "private" ownership used in many jurisdictions, in contrast to a publicly listed company, with some differences from country to country. Examples include: the ''LLC'' in the United States, ''private company limited by shares'' in the United Kingdom, ''GmbH'' in Germany and Austria, (BV) in The Netherlands and Belgium, (SARL) in France, (S.r.l.) in Italy, and (SRL) in the Spanish-speaking world. The benefit of having a private limited company is that there is limited liability. Abbreviations Albania In Albania, a limited liability company () is a commercial company founded by persons of physical or judicial status, who are not liable for the company and personally bear losses only up to the outstanding contribution agreements. Flight Training
Flight training is a course of study used when learning to pilot an aircraft. The overall purpose of primary and intermediate flight training is the acquisition and honing of basic airmanship skills. Flight training can be conducted under a structured accredited syllabus with a flight instructor at a flight school or as private lessons with no syllabus with a flight instructor as long as all experience requirements for the desired pilot certificate/license are met. Typically flight training consists of a combination of two parts: * ''Flight Lessons'' given in the aircraft or in a certified Flight Training Device. * ''Ground School'' primarily given as a classroom lecture or lesson by a flight instructor where aeronautical theory is learned in preparation for the student's written, oral, and flight pilot certification/licensing examinations. Although there are various types of aircraft, many of the principles of piloting them have common techniques, especially those aircraft ...

Autogyros
An autogyro (from Ancient Greek, Greek and , "self-turning"), gyroscope, gyrocopter or gyroplane, is a class of rotorcraft that uses an unpowered Helicopter rotor, rotor in free autorotation to develop lift (force), lift. A gyroplane "means a rotorcraft whose rotors are not engine-driven, except for initial starting, but are made to rotate by action of the air when the rotorcraft is moving; and whose means of propulsion, consisting usually of conventional propellers, is independent of the rotor system." While similar to a helicopter rotor in appearance, the autogyro's unpowered rotor disc must have air flowing upward across it to make it rotate. Forward thrust is provided independently, by an engine-driven propeller. It was originally named the ''autogiro'' by its Spanish inventor and engineer, Juan de la Cierva, in his attempt to create an aircraft that could fly safely at low speeds. He first flew one on January 1923, at Cuatro Vientos Airport in Madrid. The aircraft resemb ...

Ultralight Aircraft
Ultralight aviation (called microlight aviation in some countries) is the flying of lightweight, 1- or 2-seat fixed-wing aircraft. Some countries differentiate between weight-shift control and Aircraft flight control system, conventional three-axis control aircraft with ailerons, Elevator (aircraft), elevator and Rudder#Aircraft rudders, rudder, calling the former "microlight" and the latter "ultralight". During the late 1970s and early 1980s, mostly stimulated by the hang gliding movement, many people sought affordable powered flight. As a result, many aviation authorities set up definitions of lightweight, slow-flying aeroplanes that could be subject to minimum regulations. The resulting aeroplanes are commonly called "ultralight aircraft" or "microlights", although the weight and speed limits differ from country to country. In Europe, the sporting (FAI) definition limits the maximum stalling speed to and the maximum take-off weight to , or if a ballistic parachute is install ...

Aircraft Manufacturers Of Spain
An aircraft ( aircraft) is a vehicle that is able to flight, fly by gaining support from the Atmosphere of Earth, air. It counters the force of gravity by using either Buoyancy, static lift or the Lift (force), dynamic lift of an airfoil, or, in a few cases, direct Powered lift, downward thrust from its engines. Common examples of aircraft include airplanes, rotorcraft (including helicopters), airships (including blimps), Glider (aircraft), gliders, Powered paragliding, paramotors, and hot air balloons. Part 1 (Definitions and Abbreviations) of Subchapter A of Chapter I of Title 14 of the U. S. Code of Federal Regulations states that aircraft "means a device that is used or intended to be used for flight in the air." The human activity that surrounds aircraft is called ''aviation''. The science of aviation, including designing and building aircraft, is called ''aeronautics.'' Aircrew, Crewed aircraft are flown by an onboard Aircraft pilot, pilot, whereas unmanned aerial vehicles ...

The ELA Aviation ELA 10 Eclipse is a Spanish, two-seat, enclosed autogyro, designed and built by ELA Aviación of Córdoba, Andalusia. It was introduced at the AERO Friedrichshafen airshow in 2014. The aircraft is supplied complete and ready-to-fly.Tacke, Willi; Marino Boric; et al: ''World Directory of Light Aviation 2015-16'', page 193. Flying Pages Europe SARL, 2015. Design and development The ELA 10 Eclipse has a single main rotor, a two-seats-in tandem enclosed cockpit with a bubble canopy, tricycle landing gear with wheel pants, plus a tail caster and a four-cylinder, liquid and air-cooled, four stroke Rotax 912 ULS or turbocharged Rotax 914 engine in pusher configuration. The aircraft fuselage is made from composites. Its two-bladed rotor has a diameter of and a chord of . The aircraft has a typical empty weight of and a gross weight of with the Rotax 914 engine ( with the Rotax 912 ULS engine), giving a useful load of . With full fuel of the payload for the p ...

ELA 09 Junior
The ELA 09 Junior is a Spanish autogyro designed and produced by ELA Aviación of Córdoba, Andalusia, introduced in the mid-2010s. The aircraft is supplied complete and ready-to-fly.Tacke, Willi; Marino Boric; et al: ''World Directory of Light Aviation 2015-16'', page 192. Flying Pages Europe SARL, 2015. Design and development The 09 Junior was designed as an entry-level aircraft for pilots new to gyro flying. Reviewer Werner Pfaendler explains the choice of the aircraft's name and the marketing philosophy: "Junior refers to the target group (newcomer in the gyro aviation) and the price. It does not refer to technical components and instruments that comply with the high standards of the ELA senior gyros. For 35,000 Euros (ready-to-fly, no tax) customers get an excellent, sturdy gyro in plain white. Optional accessories include metallic paint (2,600 Euros), radio ATR 500 (1,500 Euros), or landing lights for 65 Euros and more." The design features a single main rotor, a two-se ...

Agricultural Aircraft
An agricultural aircraft is an aircraft that has been built or converted for agricultural use – usually aerial application of pesticides (crop dusting) or fertilizer (aerial topdressing); in these roles, they are referred to as "crop dusters" or "top dressers". Agricultural aircraft are also used for hydroseeding. The most common agricultural aircraft are fixed-wing aircraft, fixed-wing – such as the Air Tractor, Cessna 188, Cessna Ag-wagon, Gippsland GA200, Grumman Ag Cat, PZL-106 Kruk, PZL-106 KRUK, M-18 Dromader, PAC Fletcher, Piper PA-36 Pawnee Brave, Embraer EMB 202 Ipanema, and Rockwell Thrush Commander – but helicopters are also used. Generally, agricultural aircraft have piston or turboprop engines. The only known exception is the Poland, Polish PZL M-15 Belphegor which has a jet engine. Early use of aircraft in agriculture Crop dusting with insecticides began in the 1920s in the United States. The first widely used agricultural aircraft were converted war-s ...
