Daði Freyr
Daði Freyr Pétursson (; born 30 June 1992), known professionally as Daði Freyr or simply Daði, is an Icelandic musician living in Berlin, Germany. As the frontman of Daði & Gagnamagnið ( ), he was due to represent Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the song "Think About Things", before the event was cancelled in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, he represented Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song " 10 Years", finishing in fourth place. Early life Daði was born in Reykjavík but grew up in Denmark until the age of nine, then his family moved to Iceland and settled in the Southern Region, first in Laugaland and later in Ásahreppur. G! Festival
The G! Festival (commonly known as G!, in Faroese also called G! Festivalur or G! Festivalurin) is a Faroese musical festival, held annually at the seaside village Gøta on Eysturoy in mid or late July, but always before the Ólavsøka. It is one of the two largest music festivals on the Faroe Islands, the other being Summarfestivalurin. It was founded by Sólarn Solmunde and musician Jón Tyril, both locals. Pixel art () is a form of digital art drawn with graphics software, graphical software where images are built using pixels as the only building block. Ultratop is an organization which generates and publishes the official record charts in Belgium. Iceland was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 1993 by Inga with the song "Þá veistu svarið". Inga was the winner of the Icelandic national final, '' Söngvakeppni Sjónvarpsins 1993'', organised by Icelandic broadcaster Ríkisútvarpið (RÚV).
