Dža Ili Bu
Dža ili Bu ( sr-cyr, Џа или Бу, Serbian language expression for ''to be, or not to be'') are a Serbian punk/alternative rock band formed in Belgrade in 1987. The band was one of the most prominent acts of the 1990s and 2000s Serbian rock scene. Dža ili Bu initially performed punk rock, but during the years incorporated elements of other genres into their sound, maintaining politically and socially provocative lyrical style throughout their whole career. History 1987–1999 The band was officially formed on 1 May 1987 by rhythm guitarist Nebojša Simeunović "Sabljar", bassist Duško Milojević, drummer Dejan Milojević and guitarist and vocalist Stojan Radičević. Simeunović spent his childhood in Libya and got the nickname "Sabljar" ("Sabre-man") from his father's hobby, sabre collecting. Exit (festival)
Exit (stylized in all caps; ) is a summer music festival which is held at the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, Serbia. Founded in 2000, it has twice won the Best Major Festival award at the European Festivals Awards, for 2013 and 2017. EXIT has also won the "Best European Festival" award at the UK Festival Awards in 2007. In March 2018 Regional Cooperation Council awarded EXIT Festival as Champion of Regional Cooperation for 2017. History The festival was founded in 2000 in Novi Sad, Serbia as a student movement, fighting for democracy and freedom in Serbia and the Balkans. Darkwood Dub was a Serbian alternative rock band formed in Belgrade in 1988. In the years after the formation the band gradually grew to prominence on the Serbian rock scene, eventually becoming one of the most notable acts of the 1990s and 2000s Serbian and regional scene. Their music spawned many different genres. It was characterized by a mixture of live drumming and electronic percussion with frequent use of slide guitar, synthesizers and samplers and succinct and introspective lyrics, sung with offbeat vocals of Dejan Vučetić. The band cooperated with a number of musicians—most notably prominent jazz musicians Vasil Hadžimanov and Bisera Veletanlić—and composed scores for several films and theatre plays. ZZ Top is an American rock band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1969. For almost 56 years, it consisted of vocalist-guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard (musician), Frank Beard, and bassist-vocalist Dusty Hill prior to his death in 2021. ZZ Top developed a signature sound based on Gibbons' blues style and Hill and Beard's rhythm section. Fisherman's soup or halászlé () is a hot, spicy paprika-based fish soup. A folk item of Hungarian cuisine, it is a bright-red hot dish prepared with generous amounts of hot paprika and carp or mixed river fish. Ivica Čuljak (4 June 1960 – 27 January 1992), better known as Satan Panonski, was a Croatian punk musician, poet, artist and freak performer. Early life and career Čuljak was born on 4 June 1960 in Cerić, near Vinkovci. In 1977, he first appeared in the Vinkovci punk scene as Kečer II. In 1978, Čuljak moved to Hamburg, where he claimed to have had his "punk communion". By then, Čuljak already had problems with the law; he spent three months in a correctional facility as punishment for avoiding mandatory military service. In 1980, Čuljak became a singer for the alternative punk band , enjoying minor success with the song "Trpi, kurvo" ("Suffer, bitch"). Park Luka Ćelović () is a park in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. It is situated in the neighborhood of Savamala, and was called "Park at the Faculty of Economics" until 2004 when was officially renamed. It is located in the municipality of Savski Venac. ''Ribes'' () is a genus of about 200 known species of flowering plants, most of them native to the temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.
