Dĩ An
Dĩ An is a Provincial city (Vietnam), city of Bình Dương Province in the Southeast (Vietnam), Southeast region of Vietnam, about 20 km north of central Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon). It is 1,706 km by rail from Hanoi. At the 2009 census the city had a population of 73,859. The town covers 60 km². A provincial city () is a type of list of district-level subdivisions in Vietnam, second-level subdivision of Vietnam. Thuận An
Thuận An is a city of Bình Dương province in the Southeast region of Vietnam. It is situated about 18 kilometres (11 mi) northeast of the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. As of November 3rd, 2021 the city had a population of 618,984. Thuận An covers an area of 83.7 km². The city's town centre, Lái Thiêu, is famous for its ceramic and fruit products. Thủ Đức ʰu˨˩˦:ɗɨk˧˥is a sub-municipality in Ho Chi Minh City of the Southestern region of Vietnam. History The oldest name what was recorded in this area was Ngãi An (義安), a district-level administrative unit has existed since the Nguyễn lords. However, since October 9, 1868, the French government in Cochinchina has decided to change its name to Thủ Đức or sometimes Thũ Đức (守德) to suit the expansion and upgrade plan for the land. Transportation in Vietnam is improving rapidly in terms of both quantity and quality. Road traffic is growing rapidly but the major roads are dangerous and slow to travel on due to outdated design and an inappropriate traffic mix. New Eastern Bus Station
New Eastern Bus Terminus (Vietnamese: ''Bến xe Miền Đông mới'') is the largest bus station in Vietnam, located in the border of Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City and Dĩ An, Bình Dương Province. The station opened in April 2020, and is aimed at reducing congestion at the Eastern Bus Station in Bình Thạnh District. The 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment ("Blackhorse Regiment") is a unit of the United States Army garrisoned at the Fort Irwin National Training Center in California. 1st Infantry Division (United States)
The 1st Infantry Division (1ID) is a combined arms division of the United States Army, and is the oldest continuously serving division in the Regular Army. It has seen continuous service since its organization in 1917 during World War I.
