Dzemgi
Dzyomgi Airport () is an air base in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia, located northeast of Komsomolsk-na-Amure. Dzyomgi is Komsomolsk-na-Amure's northeast side airport, handling small airliner traffic. On May 7, 1939, at the airfield, the formation of the 60th Fighter Aviation Regiment began on Polikarpov I-16, I-16 aircraft. From 2000-2001 the base has been home to the 23rd Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment, 23rd Fighter Aviation Regiment (23 IAP) which flies the Sukhoi Su-30M2/SM and the Sukhoi Su-35S under the 303rd Composite Aviation Division. After the beginning of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the regiment received Guards status as the 23rd Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment. The airport is also the site of a major Sukhoi plant (GAZ 126), built in 1934, where the Sukhoi Su-7 and later models have been built. Komsomolsk-na-Amure
Komsomolsk-on-Amur ( rus, Комсомольск-на-Амуре, r=Komsomolsk-na-Amure, p=kəmsɐˈmolʲsk nɐ‿ɐˈmurʲə) is a city in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia, located on the west bank of the Amur River in the Russian Far East. It is located on the Baikal-Amur Mainline, northeast of Khabarovsk. Population: History The future site of Komsomolsk-on-Amur was conquered by the Mongols in the 13th century, becoming part of the Yuan dynasty. It was later held by the Qing dynasty until the area was ceded to the Russian Empire in the treaty of Aigun in 1858. The village of Permskoye () was established on the later site of Komsomolsk in 1860 by migrant peasants from what was then called the Nizhne-Tambovsky District, Far Eastern Territory (now Khabarovsk Krai). 8th Air Defence Corps
The 25th Red Banner Air Defence Division (; Military Unit Number 54912) is a division of the Russian Aerospace Forces, part of the 11th Air and Air Defence Forces Army. Headquartered at Komsomolsk-on-Amur, the division controls S-400 surface-to-air missile and radar units covering Khabarovsk Krai and Sakhalin. The division was formed from the 8th Air Defence Corps of the Soviet Air Defence Forces and then the Russian Air Force, active from 1960. It was part of the 11th Air Defence Army, and subsequently the 11th Army of Air Forces and Air Defence Forces. In 2001 the 8th Air Defence Corps was renamed the 25th Air Defence Division, and in 2009 renamed 11th Aerospace Defence Brigade. The brigade returned to its division designation in 2015. Orlovka (air Base)
Orlovka (also given as Orlovke or Vernoye) was an airbase of the Soviet Air Defence Forces in Amur Oblast, Russia located 8 km north of Vernoye, in the Svobodny, Amur Oblast area. It is close to Ukrainka, a Long Range Aviation strategic bomber base. In the 1960s Orlovka was a deployment and dispersal airfield, then was upgraded in the early 1970s following an increase in military forces near the Chinese border after the Sino-Soviet split. Orlovka is a hardened airfield with a large central tarmac area. The base was closed in 2001 and is since abandoned. The Sukhoi Su-57 (; NATO reporting name: Felon) is a twin-engine stealth multirole fighter aircraft developed by Sukhoi. Khurba Airport (also given as Komsomolsk South, Khurba, Uchastok, and Kalinovka) is an air base (also used as an airport ()) in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia south of Komsomolsk-on-Amur. This medium-sized base has considerable tarmac space and an extended area of revetments. It handles medium-sized airliners.
