''Dynamico'' is a 2007 studio album by American rock musician and record producer Mitch Easter. It is his first solo release after several projects for decades, including Let's Active and has received positive reviews from critics. Reception Editors of AllMusic Guide rated this release four out of five stars, with critic Mark Deming opining that Easter's "musical ideas are as keen as ever, and his instrumental skills remain impressive". A review in '' No Depression'' notes that Easter's hooks are "catchy as ever" and that his vocal performance has improved over his career; paired with his guitar playing, this results in "rock bona fides hatare unimpeachable". Mitchell Blake Easter (born November 15, 1954) is a musician, songwriter, and record producer. Frequently associated with the jangle pop style of guitar music, he is known as producer of R.E.M.'s early albums from 1981 through 1984, and as frontman of the 1980s band Let's Active. Early life Easter was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and became deeply involved in music from an early age. He attended the University of North Carolina from 1974 until his graduation in 1978. He played in a number of school bands, some of them with his childhood friend Chris Stamey (later of The dB's). Let's Active is an American rock group formed in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in 1981, and often identified with the jangle pop guitar work of the group's frontman and songwriter Mitch Easter. After disbanding in 1990, the group reformed in August 2014 to play a benefit show in North Carolina. History Formation (1981–1982) Let's Active was formed in 1981 by Mitch Easter, a guitarist and songwriter best known as a record producer, with Faye Hunter on bass. Drummer Sara Romweber (1964–2019), then 17 years old, joined to form the original trio two weeks before their first live performance. The name of the group was taken from a T-shirt sold in Japan bearing an inadvertently nonsensical English phrase (a popular fashion at the time). A magnet is a material or object that produces a magnetic field. This magnetic field is invisible but is responsible for the most notable property of a magnet: a force that pulls on other ferromagnetic materials, such as iron, steel, nickel, cobalt, etc. and attracts or repels other magnets.
