Dylan Sahara
Dylan Sahara (23 December 1992 – 22 December 2018) was an Indonesian television actress and presenter. In 2016, she married Indonesian vocalist Riefian Fajarsyah who was a member of the Seventeen pop band. She died on 22 December 2018 during the Sunda Strait tsunami as she attended the stage performed by the band Seventeen in event held by Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) when the tsunami hit. She was survived by Fajarsyah, who was also the sole survivor of the Seventeen group which was washed out by tidal waves. She was set to run for a seat in the People's Representative Council in the 2019 Indonesian legislative election for the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra). Herman Sikumbang (17 March 1982 – 22 December 2018) was an Indonesian guitarist who was also part of the Indonesian pop band Seventeen from 1999 to 2018. He died on 22 December 2018 at the age of 36 during the 2018 Sunda Strait tsunami as the band performed onstage. He married Juliana Moechtar in 2012 and he is survived by his wife. He was set to run for a seat in the People's Representative Council (DPR) in the 2019 Indonesian legislative election for the Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB). Seventeen was an Indonesian pop rock band, formed in 1999 in Yogyakarta. Seventeen was performing in a tent at Tanjung Lesung resort on 22 December 2018 when the 2018 Sunda Strait tsunami struck the stage from behind. Bani, Herman, Andi, a crew member, and their on-road manager were killed. Ifan, the only surviving member, announced his solo career. History The band was formed by Yudhi Rus Harjanto, Herman Sikumbang, Zulianto "Zozo" Angga, and Windu Andi Darmawan who attended a private high school in Yogyakarta. With a serious desire to form a band, they asked M. Awal "Bani" Purbani, Yudhi's cousin, to join the band. Seventeen was officially formed on January 17, 1999.
