Dylan Garand
Dylan Garand (born June 7, 2002) is a Canadian ice hockey goaltender who plays for the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect for the New York Rangers. He was drafted by the Rangers in the fourth round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Entering the Western Hockey League, the 2018–19 season was Garand's first full season with the Kamloops Blazers. Although only 16 years old, he became the team's starting goaltender when Dylan Ferguson was injured and led the team to the WHL playoffs. In the 2018–19 season, Garand played in 42 games and had a 2.21 goals against average and a .921 save percentage. He won the Daryl K. Seaman Trophy as WHL's Scholastic Player of the Year. After the season he was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 4th round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft with the 103rd overall selection. Devon Levi (born December 27, 2001) is a Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League (NHL). Levi was the MVP at the 2019 World Junior A Challenge. He was then the 2019–20 Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) MVP and top goaltender, and the 2019–20 Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) MVP and Top Goaltender. He was drafted 212th overall by the Florida Panthers in the seventh round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, and in 2021 his rights were traded to the Buffalo Sabres. The Hlinka Gretzky Cup is an annual international under-18 ice hockey tournament administered by Hockey Canada, the Czech Ice Hockey Association, and the Slovak Ice Hockey Federation. The 2021 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships (''2021 WJHC'') were the 45th edition of the Ice Hockey World Junior Championship. The 2022 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships were the 46th edition of the IIHF World Junior Championship, played from August 9–20, 2022 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The tournament was originally scheduled to be held from December 26, 2021, through January 5, 2022, in Edmonton and Red Deer — the host cities originally awarded the 2021 tournament before it was moved into a "bubble" behind closed doors in Edmonton due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
