Dutch Health Council
The Health Council of the Netherlands or the Dutch Health Council () is an independent Netherlands, Dutch science, scientific advisory board, advisory body with the task of advising the government and parliament about matters in the areas of public health and medical research. History The Council's history goes back to 1902. That year, the Central Health Council (''Centrale Gezondheidsraad'') was formed based on the first Health Act (''Gezondheidswet'') of 1901. The first Health Act also provided that an institute be set up that carried out inspections, the Public Health Supervisory Service (''Staatstoezicht op de Volksgezondheid''), nowadays known as the Dutch Health Care Inspectorate (''Inspectie voor de Gezondheidszorg'', IGZ). A plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of plant-based foods. Sugar Refinery
A sugar refinery is a refinery which processes raw sugar from cane or sugar extracted from beets into white refined sugar. Cane sugar mills traditionally produce raw sugar, which is sugar that still contains molasses, giving it coloration (and impurities) than the white sugar which is normally consumed in households and used as an ingredient in soft drinks and foods. Raw cane sugar does not need refining to be palatable. It is refined for reasons such as health, color, and the requirement for a pure sugar taste. Raw sugar is stable for transport and can be taken from mills to locations for processing into white sugar.
