''Dustards'' is the first Ukrainian feature-length documentary film about motorcycle travel to Western Ukraine. The film premiered in November 2016. Sasha Boole
Oleksandr Bulich (born 21 March 1989), known by his stage name Sasha Boole, is a Ukrainian country and folk musician, singer and songwriter based in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. Early years Bulich was born in Zhytomyr but raised in Chernivtsi. While studying in Chernivtsi University he learned to play guitar and started to write music and songs. When thinking of his alias at one moment porn actress Sasha Grey came up to his mind and then English scientist George Boole showed up. So he decided to call himself Sasha Boole as a compiled name of both persons. He searched his style from new stuff to old one. Learning The White Stripes he dug deeper and found out The Rolling Stones, then deeper again and he saw The Beatles; he was digging unless he found the music from Mississippi. Western Ukraine
Western Ukraine or West Ukraine (, ) refers to the western territories of Ukraine. There is no universally accepted definition of the territory's boundaries, but the contemporary Ukrainian administrative regions ( oblasts) of Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Ternopil and Zakarpattia (which were part of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire) are typically included. Pianoboy is the solo project of Ukrainian musician Dmytro Shurov, former keyboardist of Okean Elzy, Esthetic Education, Zemfira. Created in 2009. Performs songs in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Dmitry's sister, Olga Shurova, a graduate of the Kyiv National Linguistic University, also takes part in the project. History of Project At the beginning of 2009, Dmitry Shurov began working on the opera “Lion and Leia,” part of which was performed at the fashion designer Alena Akhmadullina's show in Paris. During the work, Shurov came up with the idea of creating his own group. His sister Olga Shurova, a graduate of the Kyiv Linguistic University, helped him in working on the project, called “Pianoboy”.
