Dunbar United Football Club is a Scottish Association football, football club from the town of Dunbar, East Lothian. The club operates on a semi-professional basis, playing in the . Dunbar () is a town on the North Sea coast in East Lothian in the south-east of Scotland, approximately east of Edinburgh and from the Anglo–Scottish border, English border north of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Dunbar is a former royal burgh, and gave its name to an ecclesiastical and Civil parishes in Scotland, civil parish. Kevin Twaddle
Kevin Twaddle (born 31 October 1971 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish former professional footballer. A forward, Twaddle began his career with junior club Dunbar United where he made 45 appearances and scored 23 goals. He entered senior football when he signed for St Johnstone in 1994. He remained at McDiarmid Park for two years, making 51 league appearances and finding the net on ten occasions. In 1996, he joined Raith Rovers in an £80,000 deal. He made 32 appearances for Rovers in two years, scoring four goals. He moved to Morton in 1998 for a fee of £150,000, but his stay at Cappielow was brief. Scottish Premier League club Motherwell signed him later that year, also for £150,000. Twaddle signed for Heart of Midlothian, the club he supported as a boy, in June 2002. Joshua Walker (born 21 February 1989) is a retired English footballer who played as a defender or midfielder most notably for Middlesbrough. Walker started his career at Middlesbrough, progressing through the club's youth academy and was part of the club's FA Youth Cup winning team in 2004. He subsequently made his first-team debut for Middlesbrough in 2006, and made a handful of appearances during his four-year professional tenure at the club. Fraser McLaren (born 26 September 1988) is a Scottish footballer, who plays for club Dunbar United. He has previously played for Gretna, Ayr United, Montrose, Berwick Rangers, Peterhead and Bonnyrigg Rose. Career McLaren started his senior career with Gretna and made three appearances in the Scottish Premier League during the 2007–08 season. He also played on loan for Ayr United in 2007 and Montrose in 2008. He was released by Gretna in March 2008, after the club entered administration. McLaren then signed for Berwick Rangers. Ian Kenneth Black (born 14 March 1985) is a Scottish former professional footballer, who played as a central midfielder. His clubs included Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Heart of Midlothian, Rangers, Shrewsbury Town and Blackpool.
