Pinipig
''Pinipig'' is a flattened rice ingredient from the Philippines. It is made of immature grains of glutinous rice pounded until flat before being toasted. It is commonly used as toppings for various desserts in Filipino cuisine, but can also be eaten plain, made into cakes, or mixed with drinks and other dishes. Production ''Pinipig'' is made solely from glutinous rice (''malagkit'' or "sticky" rice). The grains are harvested while still green. They are husked and the chaff is separated from the grain (traditionally using large flat winnowing baskets called ''bilao''). The resulting bright green kernels are then pounded in large wooden mortars and pestles until flat. They are then toasted dry on pans or baked until crisp. Description ''Pinipig'' are characteristically light green in color when fresh, but usually become yellowish white to brown when toasted. Sibel Duman
Sibel Duman (born 23 February 1990) is a Turkish female association footballer, who plays for Beşiktaş J.K. in the Turkish Women's Super League with jersey number 13. She was part of the Turkey women's national football team between 2011 and 2014. Club career Duman played for Maltepe Yalıspor (2007–2009), Çamlıcaspor (2009–2011) and Lüleburgaz 39 Spor ( 2011–2012). For the 2012–13 season, she transferred to the Izmir-based club Konak Belediyespor, and enjoyed her first league championship at the end of the season. Playing for Konak Belediyespor at 2013–14 UEFA Women's Champions League, she scored her first international goal in the match against NSA Sofia on August 8, and then her team's only goal in the match against Cardiff City on August 13, 2013. The Tumen River, also known as the Tuman River or Duman River (), is a long river that serves as part of the boundary between China, North Korea and Russia, rising on the slopes of Mount Paektu and flowing into the Sea of Japan.
