Duilio Marzio
Duilio Marzio (November 27, 1923 - July 25, 2013) was a well-known Argentine cinema and theatre actor. Life and work Marzio was born Duilio Bruno Perruccio La Stella in Buenos Aires to Sicilian immigrants, in 1923. He enrolled at the University of Buenos Aires Law School, obtaining a ''juris doctor''. Shortly afterwards, however, his interest in the theatre lured him away from his post in a local law firm, and he first starred on the stage in 1949 opposite Paulina Singerman in Antonio Cunill Cabanellas' ''Fin de semana'' (''Weekend''). His friendship with actor Pepe Soriano helped persuade him to continue acting, against his father's wishes. He starred with Soriano in numerous plays from 1951 on and in 1953, he was offered his first film role. Method acting, informally known as The Method, is a range of training and rehearsal techniques, as formulated by a number of different theatre practitioners, that seeks to encourage sincere and expressive performances through identifying with, understanding, and experiencing a character's inner motivation and emotions. Don Stroud
Donald Lee Stroud (born September 1, 1943) is an American actor, musician, and surfer. Stroud has appeared in over 100 films and 200 television shows. Early years Stroud was the son of vaudeville actor Clarence Stroud (of "The Stroud Twins" team) and singer Ann McCormack. He was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii by his mother and stepfather, Paul Livermore. At the age of 16, Stroud earned a black belt in the Hawaiian martial art of Kajukenbo. Stroud began surfing at the age of 3. As a surfer, he taught surfing while he was still in high school. Television is one of the major mass media of Argentina. As of 2019, household ownership of television sets in the country is 99%, with the majority of households usually having two sets. Cable television has become the most used type of delivering, with 73.2% of households having a cable provider. Argentine television broadcasting officially began on October 17, 1951, with the inaugural of the state-owned ''Canal 7'' (now '' Televisión Pública''). It remains as the network with the biggest national coverage, while private broadcasting networks have a big number of affiliates in different cities through all the country. Guy Augustin Marie Jean de la Pérusse des Cars (6 May 1911 – 21 December 1993) was a best-selling French author of popular novels. Personal life Born in Paris on 6 May 1911, des Cars was from an aristocratic family. He was the second son of François de la Péruse, Duke of Cars (1875–1941) and Marie Thérésa Edwards (1879–1941). Cars' father was a young military attache in London when at a Victorian debutante ball he met his future wife, the daughter of the President of Chile. Daniel Tinayre (14 September 1910 – 24 October 1994) was a French-born Argentine film director, screenwriter and film producer. Moving to Buenos Aires at a young age, Tinayre directed some 23 films between 1934 and 1974, directing films such as the 1947 thriller '' A sangre fría'' (In Cold Blood) which starred actors such as Amelia Bence and Tito Alonso. He was also an acclaimed screenwriter and producer simultaneously contributing in these areas to the films he directed in Argentine cinema. Susana Freyre
Susana Guenola Zubiri (better known as Susana Freyre) is an Argentine actress. She appeared in 30 films and television shows between 1945 and 1984. She starred in the film '' Three Loves in Rio'', which was entered into the 9th Berlin International Film Festival. Her mother's surname is Vidal.
