Duffy Conroy
Michael "Duffy" Conroy is an American college basketball coach and currently an assistant coach with the Tulsa Golden Hurricane basketball team. Biography A native of Davenport, Iowa, Conroy is married with four children. He attended St. Ambrose University, where he played on the men's basketball team. Conroy's brother, Ed, currently is in his second stint as head coach at The Citadel. Assumption High School (AHS) is a Roman Catholic high school in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Davenport in the U.S. state of Iowa. Bridget Murphy is the current principal of Assumption High. In 1958, AHS opened its doors as a co-institutional facility, with the merger of St. Ambrose Academy and Immaculate Conception Academy. AHS became coeducational in 1969. The Citadel Bulldogs basketball team represents The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina in the sport of men's college basketball. The Tulsa Golden Hurricane men's basketball team represents the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The team participates in the American Athletic Conference. The Golden Hurricane are led by head coach Eric Konkol, hired from Louisiana Tech on March 21, 2022 to replace Frank Haith who had resigned.
