Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Football Club is an English rugby union football club based in Kingswinford in the West Midlands. The club currently participate in the fifth tier of English club rugby, Regional 1 Midlands, following their relegation from National League 2 West in 2023–24. The club run seven senior sides, a ladies team and a full range of junior sides. Early history The club was founded in May 1920. Known in its early years as the Bean Football Club, the name Dudley Kingswinford was adopted in 1927. After playing at several grounds the club moved to its current premises in 1962. Ground Dudley Kingswinford play home games at Heathbrook, located on the western outskirts of Wall Heath, Kingswinford. The ground is most accessible by car with the nearest train station being Stourbridge Town railway station, over 5 miles away. The ground has four full size pitches (1st XV, 2nd XV, 3rd XV and training), along with five pitches for youth rugby (under-9 to under-13). The ...

The North Midlands Rugby Football Union is a Sport governing body, governing body for rugby union in part of The Midlands, England. The union is the constituent body of the Rugby Football Union for the counties of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and the Greater Birmingham area. History The North Midlands RFU was founded at a meeting in Birmingham on 14 January 1920. The area had previously been part of the Midland Counties Football Union, Midland Counties Rugby Union, from which Warwickshire Rugby Football Union, Warwickshire split in 1914, with further changes in 1919 leading to Leicestershire Rugby Union becoming a county on its own and North Midlands being created for the Birmingham, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Worcestershire areas. Regional 2 Midlands West is an English English rugby union system, level 6 rugby union league for rugby clubs in the western region of the The Midlands, Midlands. It includes sides from Birmingham, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, the West Midlands (county), West Midlands, Worcestershire and occasionally Cheshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Oxfordshire. When this division began in 1987 it was known as Midlands 2 West, and has been restructured several times, most notably as a single division known as Midlands 2 between 1992 and 2000. It has been called Regional 2 Midlands West since 2022–23.
