103.2 Dublin City FM (''Previously: Anna Livia FM and Dublin City Anna Livia FM'') is an Independent Local Radio station in Dublin, Ireland, operated by Dublin Public Service Radio Association Ltd, under a sound broadcasting contract from the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland. The station broadcasts on the 103.2 MHz FM frequency. Dublin City FM's Broadcast tower is located on "Rock Solid" tower on Three Rock Mountain, Co.Dublin. Dublin City FM is Ireland's only special interest, arts and cultural radio station. History The station's first broadcast was from Grafton Street, Dublin in 1992. Since 1992, the station has moved several times including to Griffith College and Sheriff Street. However the station has been situated in Dublin's Dockland's since 2001. Today FM is an Irish national commercial FM radio station, owned and operated by Bauer Audio Ireland Limited. Broadcasting since 17 March 1997, it broadcasts mostly music, with a daily news and current affairs programme. Today FM holds a licence from the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland as far as the year 2027. The station recorded pretax profits of €7.4 million on a turnover of €19.4 million in early 2009, more than twice what it was two years previously. Denzil Lacey is an Irish composer, employed by SiriusXM. Radio stations he has worked at since 2006 include 98FM, East Coast FM, Dublin's Country Mix 106.8, Dublin City FM, RTÉ 2fm and most recently, FM104. Early life Lacey was born in Dublin, Ireland and grew up in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. He attended primary school in Glounthaune, Cork and secondary school in Presentation College, Bray. ''Black Echoes'' is a Jamaican music show which has been broadcasting on radio in Dublin, Ireland. The show airs a range of music, including reggae, ska, rock-steady and dub. The show is presented and produced by John Public. The show broadcasts on Dublin City FM every Saturday on 103.2 FM in Dublin, and via internet radio. Ireland's Classic Hits Radio is an Irish independent multi-region radio station based in Dublin, and broadcasting to that city as well as Cork, Limerick, Galway, County Clare, County Wicklow, County Kildare, County Meath. Dermot Whelan (born 16 February 1973) is an Irish comedian and television and radio presenter who has worked for both Raidió Telifís Éireann and in the commercial sector. As of 2023, he broadcasts on Today FM as one half of the ''Dermot & Dave'' show, an on-air pairing which dates from 2002.
