Khutir-Mykhailivskyi
Khutir-Mykhailivskyi (), between 1962–2024 known as Druzhba (, ), is a small List of cities in Ukraine, city in the Shostka Raion of the Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. The population is History In the past, two settlements, Zhuravka and Yurasivka were in Cossack Hetmanate. Zhuravka village was named after the Zhuravka River (), on which it is located. In late 17th century, these villages belonged to Andriy Hamaliya, whose son was a like-minded person and supporter of Ivan Mazepa. After the Battle of Poltava (1709) tsar Peter I gave these villages to landowner Golovin, whose descendants sold them later to the Kochubey family. In early 1830s Zhuravka, Yurasivka and their surroundings were bought by industrialist M. Tereshchenko. He founded a sugar refinery, which operated until 1995. A new settlement was formed as the factory workers settled nearby. Tereshchenko named this after his son Mikhail Tereshchenko, Mykhailo. Stadion Druzhba () was built in the late 1950s. Donations amounting to about 87 million BGN covered the construction costs. The stadium was officially opened on September 25, 1960. The first match was between the teams of Dobrudzha Dobrich and the Romanian side Progresul București, which ended with 0–1 loss for the hosts. The capacity of the stadium is 12,000 seats. The stadium's main host is Dobrudzha Dobrich, but eventually, since 2013, hosted Inter Dobrich matches when the team played in Third League. In 2021 Riltsi Dobrich also began playing their matches on Druzhba Stadium. The 1984 Friendship Games, or Friendship-84 (, ''Druzhba-84''), was an international multi-sport event held between 2 July and 16 September 1984 in the Soviet Union and eight other Eastern Bloc states which boycotted the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. Although Friendship Games officials denied that the Games were a counter-Olympic event to avoid conflicts with the International Olympic Committee, the competition was often dubbed the Soviet Bloc's "alternative Olympics". Some fifty states took part in the competition. While the boycotting countries were represented by their strongest athletes, other states sent their reserve teams, consisting of athletes who failed to qualify for the games in Los Angeles. The Druzhba pipeline (, ), also referred to as the Friendship Pipeline and the Comecon Pipeline, is one of the world's longest oil pipelines and one of the largest oil pipeline networks in the world. It began operation in 1964 and remains in operation today. It carries oil some from the eastern part of European Russia to points in Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Germany. The network also branches out into numerous smaller pipelines to deliver its product throughout Eastern Europe and beyond. 1621 Druzhba ( provisional designation ), is a stony Florian asteroid and relatively slow rotator from the inner regions of the asteroid belt, approximately 10 kilometers in diameter. It was discovered on 1 October 1926, by Russian astronomer Sergey Belyavsky at Simeiz Observatory on the Crimean peninsula. It was named after the Russian word for friendship. Classification and orbit Druzhba is a member of the Flora family, one of the largest collisional groups of stony asteroids in the main-belt. Druzhba, Chernihiv Oblast
Druzhba (; ) is a rural settlement in Pryluky Raion, Chernihiv Oblast, northern Ukraine. It belongs to Ichnia urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: History In 2025 the population of the settlement was 793 people. Until 18 July 2020, Druzhba belonged to Ichnia Raion. The raion was abolished in July 2020 as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, which reduced the number of raions of Chernihiv Oblast to five. The area of Ichnia Raion was merged into Pryluky Raion. Until 26 January 2024, Druzhba was designated urban-type settlement. On this day, a new law entered into force which abolished this status, and Druzhba became a rural settlement.
