DrumIt Five
The DrumIt Five is an electronic drum line produced by 2box, a Swedish company started by former employees of ddrum. The kit is based on tunable mesh drum heads, similar to Roland's V-Drum line. The focus of its design is to produce more natural sounds than are characteristic of most electronic drum kits on the market. The DrumIt's drum trigger pads offer separate rim triggers, while its cymbal pads offer three separate triggers for edge, bow, and bell, respectively. The cymbals can also sense "chokes", i.e. when the player grabs the cymbal by hand after a strike in order to mute its sound. All of the DrumIt's drum heads can be replaced with mesh, rubber, or standard acoustic mylar heads. Electronic drums are a modern electronic musical instrument, primarily designed to serve as an alternative to an acoustic drum kit. Roland Corporation

V-Drums (Virtual Drums) are a line of electronic drums by Roland Corporation which were first launched in 1997. Trigger types V-Drums trigger devices are of four major types: mesh-head drum pads, rubber pads, cymbal pads and acoustic drum triggers. Mesh-head pads look very similar to acoustic drums, and attempt to emulate their feel. Cymbal
A cymbal is a common percussion instrument. Often used in pairs, cymbals consist of thin, normally round plates of various alloys. Electronic Drum Module
An electronic drum module is an electronic or digital music device in an electronic drum kit that serves as the central processing unit and sound module. The drum module creates or produces the drum kit sounds or other sounds selected by the drummer. By itself, a drum module cannot play or sound drum beats. It only produces drum sounds when a performer strikes electronic drum pads or acoustic drum kit instruments that have electronic "triggers" (or sensors) attached to them. When the electronic drum pads or trigger-equipped instruments are struck, this sends a signal to the drum module, which produces the corresponding electronic drum sound (or other sound). Hi-hat (instrument)
A hi-hat (hihat, high-hat, etc.) is a combination of two cymbals and a pedal, all mounted on a metal stand. It is a part of the standard drum kit used by drummers in many styles of music including rock, pop, jazz, and blues. Hi-hats consist of a matching pair of small to medium-sized cymbals mounted on a stand, with the two cymbals facing each other.
