Dror Toledano
Drew Tal ( he, דרור טולידאנו ''Dror Toledano''; born October 7, 1957) is an artist and photographer living and working in New York City. His work has been exhibited globally and is included in the permanent collections of museums such as the Norton Museum of Art and New Britain Museum of American Art. His work is also in collections at the Ecole Internationale de New York, the J. Steinbecker collection, the Robbins, Foreman and Gallery Swanstrom collections, Ur Arts & Culture Inc, as well as the Cooper Gallery collection. Early years Tal was born as Dror Toledano on October 7, 1957, in the Mediterranean coastal city of Haifa, Israel. Tal attended Geula Elementary School () and then Bosmat (, Technion's Junior Technical College), studying architecture, engineering, and interior design. Istanbul Biennial
The Istanbul Biennial is a contemporary art exhibition that has been held biennially in Istanbul, Turkey, since 1987. The Biennial has been organised by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) since its inception. Format Istanbul Biennial adheres to an exhibition model in which the curator, appointed by an international advisory board, develops a conceptual framework according to which a variety of artists and projects are invited to the exhibition. Rezan Has Museum
The Rezan Has Museum is a private museum in Istanbul, Turkey dedicated to culture and arts. It is a museum space that connects the past to the future with the 17th century Ottoman building remains and the 11th century Byzantine water cistern, enriching its collection by incorporating documents and objects belonging to the Cibali Tobacco Factory in 2009. Ahu Has daughter in law of the philanthropist Turkish businessman Kadir Has, founded the museum in May 2007. The museum is named after Rezan Has, wife of Kadir Has.
