Drip (album)
''Drip'' is the first studio album by South Korean girl group Babymonster. It was released by YG Entertainment on November 1, 2024. The album contains 9 songs, including the title tracks "Drip (Babymonster song), Drip" and "Clik Clak", and the pre-release single "Forever (Babymonster song), Forever". Background and release On January 24, 2024, YG Entertainment founder Yang Hyun-suk announced plans for the group to release a Babymons7er, mini-album on April 1, followed by a full-length album during the fall of the same year. A follow-up announcement by Yang on May 19 revealed plans to release a pre-release single for the upcoming studio album in early July. The single, "Forever (Babymonster song), Forever", was released on July 1. Filming of music videos in support of the album began on September 23, which was announced on the same day, along with further confirmation of the album's fall release. Babymonster
Babymonster (; stylized in all caps), also referred to as Baemon ( ; ), is a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment, consisting of seven members: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita. They debuted as a full ensemble on April 1, 2024, with their eponymous extended play (EP) ''Babymons7er''. Song Min-ho (; born March 30, 1993), better known by the stage name Mino, is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter, music producer, artist and actor. Prinya Intachai (), better known as DABOYWAY is an American-born Thai rapper, songwriter, producer and actor. He gained recognition through the early days formation of ‘Thaitanium’ with his two friends Khanngoen "Khan" Nuanual and Nay Myo "Day" Thant back in 2000. Lauren Amber Aquilina (born 23 June 1995) is a Maltese-English singer-songwriter, and musician. The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. Founded in 2010, it is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. History Gaon Chart was launched in February 2010 by the Korea Music Content Association, under the sponsorship of the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the aim to create a domestic national chart similar to the ''Billboard'' charts of the United States and the Oricon charts of Japan.
