Douglas Sheehan
Douglas Stuart Sheehan (April 27, 1949 – June 29, 2024) was an American actor who played Ben Gibson throughout four seasons of the prime-time drama ''Knots Landing'' from 1983 to 1987. His character was the second husband of Valene Ewing (Joan Van Ark). His first major role was as Joe Kelly on the daytime soap opera ''General Hospital'' from 1979 to 1982. He was nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for the role in 1982. He also played one of the leads in ''Day by Day (American TV series), Day by Day'' as well as Mel Horowitz on ''Clueless (TV series), Clueless'' from 1997 to 1999 replacing Michael Lerner (actor), Michael Lerner. He also appeared on ''Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996 TV series), Sabrina the Teenage Witch'' as Sabrina's father. Sheehan died at his home in Big Horn, Wyoming, on June 29, 2024, at the age of 75. ''Kaz'' is an American crime drama and courtroom drama series that aired Sundays at 10:00 pm and Wednesdays at 9:00 pm (EST) on CBS from September 10, 1978, to April 22, 1979. Overview Ron Leibman starred as Martin "Kaz" Kazinski, a Polish American former convict who became a criminal defense attorney after he was released from prison. Leibman won an Emmy Award as Outstanding Lead Actor in a drama. Nevertheless, the show failed to capture an audience and was cancelled after 22 episodes due to middling ratings. That Was Then
''That Was Then'' is an American drama television series that was broadcast on ABC September 27 to October 4, 2002. It was cancelled after only two episodes had aired. Synopsis The series starred James Bulliard as Travis Glass, a 30-year-old who finds his life in a rut. Still living at home with his mother ( Bess Armstrong) he works as a door-to-door salesman. The girl of his dreams, played by Kiele Sanchez, is married to his older brother, Gregg, played by Brad Raider. Travis is able to trace his life's downward spiral to a single week in high school in 1988.
