Doug Coe
Douglas Evans Coe (October 20, 1928 – February 21, 2017) was an American evangelist who served as the associate director of the Fellowship Foundation (also known as The Fellowship), a religious and political organization known for hosting the annual National Prayer Breakfast. Coe has been referred to as the "stealth Billy Graham". In 2005, Coe was named one of the 25 most-influential evangelicals in the United States by ''Time''. Coe was an ordained ruling elder and lay minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA). Early life and education Douglas Coe was born on October 20, 1928, in Medford, Oregon. Medford is a city in and the county seat of Jackson County, Oregon, in the United States. Joe Pitts (Pennsylvania Politician)
Joseph Russell Pitts (born October 10, 1939) is a former American politician who served as the U.S. representative for from 1997 to 2017. He is a member of the Republican Party. The district was based in Lancaster and Reading and included much of the Amish country. It also included the far southwestern suburbs of Philadelphia in Chester County. In December 2015, Congressman Pitts announced he would not run for reelection in 2016. Early life and education Pitts was born in Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from Asbury College. Jim Rayburn, Jr (July 21, 1909 – December 11, 1970) was an American ordained Presbyterian minister and the founder of Young Life. Early life and education He was born in Marshalltown, Iowa to James Chalmers Rayburn, Sr. (an evangelist for the Presbyterian Church), and Elna Beck Rayburn. Rayburn was the oldest of four sons and grew up in Newton, Kansas. His younger brother, Robert, became the founding president of both Covenant College and Covenant Theological Seminary. Rayburn graduated from Kansas State University in 1941 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mineralogy. In 1936, Rayburn began his seminary education at Dallas Theological Seminary. While there, he was significantly influenced by the seminary's founder, Lewis Sperry Chafer.
