Double (rugby League)
In British rugby league, winning The Double refers to winning the League Championship, currently the Super League, and the Challenge Cup in the same season. Nine teams have won the double, the first being Broughton Rangers in 1902. Wigan Warriors are the most successful side having won a record 8 doubles. Men's doubles Bradford Bulls 2003 Bradford Bulls achieved the double in 2003 beating Leeds Rhinos 22–20 in the Challenge Cup and then going on to beat Wigan Warriors 25–12 in the Grand Final. They also completed their only treble this year. Broughton Rangers 1901–02 Broughton Rangers were the first team to record a league and cup double by finishing top of the Rugby Football League Championship With 43 points and beating Salford Red Devils 25–0 at Rochdale in the Challenge Cup. Super League
Super League (also known as the Betfred Super League for sponsorship reasons, and legally Super League Europe Ltd.) is a professional rugby league competition, and the highest level of the British rugby league system, which consists of twelve teams, eleven from Northern England, the sport's heartland, and one from southern France. Super League began in 1996, replacing the Rugby Football League Championship First Division, First Division, and switching from a winter to a summer season. The regular season runs from February to September, with each team playing 27 games; 11 home games, 11 away games, Magic Weekend, and an additional four fixtures decided by league positions. The top six then enter Super League play-offs, play-offs leading to the Super League Grand Final which determines the champions. Winning All Four Cups referred to winning all four competitions available to a United Kingdom, British rugby league side in the top division between 1907 and 1970. Women's Challenge Cup
The Women's Challenge Cup is a rugby league knockout competition organised by the Rugby Football League. The competition started in 2012. History 2012–2016: Foundations The Women's Challenge Cup was set up in 2012 to run alongside the men's competition to give women's rugby teams more competitive games and to give the sport a bigger profile by attaching it to the Challenge Cup. Most teams in the first few years were community clubs and had no links to professional men's clubs. Featherstone Rovers Women
Featherstone Rovers Women are the women's rugby league team of Featherstone Rovers in Featherstone, West Yorkshire, England. They play their home games at Post Office Road which is also home to the men's team. They played in the RFL Women's Super League from its inaugural season in 2017 until 2024 when they were relegated to the RFL Women's Championship. Featherstone Rovers are a professional rugby league club in Featherstone, West Yorkshire, England. The club play home games at Post Office Road and currently compete in the Championship, the second tier of British rugby league. In British rugby league, winning the Treble currently refers to winning the Super League Grand Final, League Leaders' Shield, and Challenge Cup in the same season. Up until 1973 this was achieved by winning the Championship Final, finishing top of the league during the regular season, and winning the Challenge Cup. Between 1973 and 1996, following the abolition of the Championship Final, the league leaders were declared season champions. In this era, the Premiership was the third trophy required for the treble.
