''Tasmannia stipitata'', commonly known as northern pepperbush is a flowering plant in the family Winteraceae and is endemic to eastern Australia. It has narrowly lance-shaped to narrowly elliptic leaves and male and female flowers on separate plants, the male flowers with 21 to 65 stamens and the female flowers with 2 to 9 carpels. The fruit is bluish-violet and contains 12 to 15 seeds. Description ''Tasmannia stipitata'' is a shrub that typically grows to a height of and has smooth, dull purplish branchlets. The Werrikimbe National Park is a protected national park located in the catchment zone of the Upper Hastings River in New South Wales, Australia. Gazetted in 1975, the park is situated approximately north of Sydney, north-west of , and east of Walcha on the eastern escarpment of the Great Dividing Range. Jean-Paul Bruneteau is a French-Australian chef and author who is credited with playing a pioneering role in the development of an authentic Australian cuisine based on indigenous ingredients. Born in 1956 in Vendee, France, Bruneteau migrated to Australia with his parents in 1967. Bruneteau became Chief Cook on the MV ''Australian Venture''.
