Dorian Yates
Dorian Andrew Mientjez Yates (born 19 April 1962) is an English retired professional bodybuilder. He won the Mr. Olympia title six consecutive times from 1992 to 1997. He earned the nickname "The Shadow" for his tendency to unexpectedly appear at major bodybuilding contests and win, having neither confirmed nor denied whether he would compete beforehand, and for staying out of the public eye between contests. Known for his impressive conditioning and wide and thick back, he is regarded as one of the greatest professional bodybuilders of all time. Arthur Jones (inventor)
Arthur Allen Jones (November 22, 1926 – August 28, 2007) was the founder of Nautilus, Inc. and MedX, Inc. and the inventor of the Nautilus exercise machines, including the Nautilus pullover, which was first sold in 1970. Jones was a pioneer in the field of physical exercise i.e. weight and strength training. He was born in Arkansas, and grew up in Seminole, Oklahoma. Accomplishments Jones's ideas tried to move the public's notion of bodybuilding and strength-training exercise away from the Arnold Schwarzenegger school of training, which involved hours in the gym using free weights, to high intensity training.
