Dorados De Sinaloa
Club Deportivo Dorados de Sinaloa, simply known as Dorados, is a Mexican professional football club based in Culiacán, Sinaloa. It plays in the Liga de Expansión MX, the second level division of Mexican football. History Dorados de Sinaloa was founded on August 9, 2003. The Dorados was the youngest team to play on First Division de México, having joined the division for the first time for the ''Apertura 2004'' tournament when the club was only one year old. The Dorados currently play in the Liga de Expansión MX, the second tier of the Mexican league. First promotion and relegation On 20 December 2003, the Dorados won their first title in the Apertura 2003 tournament of Primera División A. Coryphaena Hippurus
The mahi-mahi ( ) or common dolphinfish (''Coryphaena hippurus'') is a surface-dwelling ray-finned fish found in off-shore temperate, tropical, and subtropical waters worldwide. It is also widely called dorado (not to be confused with ''Salminus brasiliensis'', a freshwater fish) and dolphin (not to be confused with the aquatic mammal dolphin). It is one of two members of the family Coryphaenidae, the other being the pompano dolphinfish. Estadio Caliente
Estadio Caliente is a multi-purpose stadium in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, located across the Tijuana River from the Mexico–United States border. It is the home of Club Tijuana of Liga MX. Primera División A ''(Méxican First A Division)'' is a Mexican football tournament. This season was composed of Apertura 2006 and Clausura 2007. Puebla was the winner of the promotion to First Division after winning Dorados de Sinaloa in the promotion playoff. Apertura 2012 Copa MX
The Copa 2012 MX Apertura was the 68th staging of the Copa MX football tournament, the 41st staging in the professional era and the first played since the 1996–97 edition. The tournament started on July 24, 2012, and concluded on October 31, 2012. In the final, Dorados de Sinaloa won the cup over Correcaminos 5–4 on penalties, after a 2–2 draw. Copa MX, also known as Copa Corona MX for sponsorship reasons, was an association football competition in Mexico and the domestic cup tournament for clubs at the highest and second levels of Mexican football league system. Formerly known as Copa México (1942–1963, 1970–1997) and also as Copa Presidente (1963–1970), the first season of the professional era was held in 1942–43. The cup tournament was not held in several years (1976–1988, 1992–1994, 1997–2012) and currently the competition has been paused since the 2019–20 edition.
