Croatia was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song "" performed by Let 3. The Croatian broadcaster Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) organised the national final ''2023'' to select the Croatian entry for the 2023 contest. The final took place on 11 February 2023, with a combination of jury voting and televoting selecting Let 3 to represent Croatia at the 2023 contest in Liverpool. Croatia was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 9 May 2023 and was later selected to perform in position 7. At the end of the show, "Mama ŠČ!" was announced among the top 10 entries of the first semi-final and hence qualified to compete in the final. It was later revealed that Croatia placed eighth out of the fifteen participating countries in the semi-final with 76 points. Croatia was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with the song "Guilty Pleasure" performed by Mia Dimšić. The Croatian broadcaster Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) organised the national final ''2022'' to select the Croatian entry for the 2022 contest. Fourteen entries competed in the national final on 19 February 2022 and "Guilty Pleasure" performed by Mia Dimšić was selected as the winner following the combination of votes from ten regional juries and a public televote. Croatia was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 10 May 2022. Performing during the show in position 11, "Guilty Pleasure" was not announced among the top 10 entries of the first semi-final and therefore did not qualify to compete in the final. Daniel Načinović
Daniel Načinović (born January 29, 1952) is a Croatian poet, prose writer, essayist, journalist, and translator. A member of the Croatian Writers' Association and the Croatian Journalists' Association, Načinović grew up in Labin and completed his studies in Pula. He then moved to Italy, to pursue his studies of the Italian language. Načinović started writing poetry in high school. His first collection of poems, ''Watercolors'', was published in 1973. The Splitters is a Croatian rock band composed of four members: Josip Senta, Marko Komić, Petar Senta and Antonio Komić. History The Splitters were formed in 2017 in Split, Croatia. They started performing their original songs at various festivals such as the ST@rt festival in Split and the West Herzegowina Festival in Široki Brijeg. Harmonija Disonance is a Croatian folk music group. The band was formed in 2018, in Zagreb, Croatia. Matija Cvek (born 9 March 1993) is a Croatian singer and songwriter. He rose to fame by participating in HRT's show ''A strana'' and as a backing vocalist during Jacques Houdek's Eurovision Song Contest 2017 performance of " My Friend".
