Doña Cresencia "Donya" Reyes Tesoro (born April 5, 1992) is a Filipina politician serving as the mayor of San Manuel, Tarlac since 2019. She previously served as the municipality's vice mayor from 2016 to 2019, and was a councilor from 2013 to 2016. Early life Her father, Benjamin "Bening" D. Tesoro (died 2022), was a former military officer who served as mayor of San Manuel, Tarlac and previously served as her vice mayor. Greenhills is an administrative division in eastern Metro Manila, the Philippines. San Manuel, officially the Municipality of San Manuel ( ilo, Ili ti San Manuel; pag, Baley na San Manuel; tl, Bayan ng San Manuel), is a municipality in the province of Tarlac, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 28,387 people. The town of San Manuel is a typically rural community located at the northernmost horn of the Province of Tarlac.
