Donald Dean Gabrielson (born 1966) is a retired United States Navy rear admiral and surface warfare officer who last served as the 10th commander of the United States Naval Forces Southern Command and United States Fourth Fleet from May 21, 2019 to September 3, 2021. An oak leaf cluster is a ribbon device to denote preceding decorations and awards consisting of a miniature bronze or silver twig of four oak leaves with three acorns on the stem. The Meritorious Service Medal (MSM) is a military award presented to members of the United States Armed Forces who distinguish themselves with outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the United States.
