Do co-wrote 4 songs on the album, "Closer to You", "Should I", "Selfish", and "I Believe in Love". Dominique Rijpma van Hulst (; born 7 September 1981) is a Dutch singer and actress known by her stage name Do ( ). She is best known for singing the vocals of "Heaven", DJ Sammy's worldwide top 10-hit in 2002–2003, a cover of the 1980s hit of the same name by Bryan Adams. Early life Dominique Rijpma van Hulst was born in 1981 in Valkenswaard, Netherlands. She was raised by her stepfather Willem-Jan van Hulst, a popular tennis coach. At age fourteen, she planned to compete in Wimbledon, but an injury ended her tennis career. Her first musical performance was in café Old Dutch in Valkenswaard, which led to a record label deal with Sony Music BMG. Christoph Brüx (born 13 December 1965) is a German sculptor, painter, composer, pianist, keyboardist, arranger and music producer. 4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures. Evolution of the Hindu-Arabic digit Brahmic numerals represented 1, 2, and 3 with as many lines. 4 was simplified by joining its four lines into a cross that looks like the modern plus sign. The Shunga would add a horizontal line on top of the digit, and the Kshatrapa and Pallava evolved the digit to a point where the speed of writing was a secondary concern. Marco Roberto Borsato (, ; born 21 December 1966) is a Dutch people, Dutch singer. Yann Peifer (born 6 March 1974), known professionally as Yanou, is a German trance and Eurodance musician and producer. He is most famous for collaborating on DJ Sammy's hit "Heaven" with vocalist Do and for being a member of the popular German trance acts Tune Up! with DJ Manian, and Cascada alongside Natalie Horler as well as Manian. James David Martin and Thomas Richard Martin (identical twins born 2 December 1977), are English musicians and songwriters. Thomas (Tom) plays guitar and James plays keyboards. "Heaven" is a song by the Canadian singer and songwriter Bryan Adams recorded in 1983, written by Adams and Jim Vallance. It first appeared on the '' A Night in Heaven'' soundtrack album the same year and was later included on Adams' album '' Reckless'' in 1984. It was released as the third single from ''Reckless'' and reached number one on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot 100 in June 1985, over a year and a half after the song first appeared on record. Dianne Warren (born August 28, 1950) is a Canadian novelist, dramatist and short story writer. Background Warren was born in Ottawa, Ontario. Her mother grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan and worked in Ottawa during the 1940s. Her father, a World War II veteran, was from a small lumber town in the Ottawa Valley. Her parents met in Ottawa after the war, married, had two babies, and then moved to Saskatchewan.
