Dmitry Aleksandrovich Koldun ( be, Дзмітры Аляксандравіч Калдун, Dzmitry Kaldun; russian: link=no, Дми́трий Алекса́ндрович Колду́н; born 11 June 1985) is a Belarusian pop singer. Koldun rose to fame through his participation in several Russian television talent shows. In 2006, he won the sixth season of ''Fabrika Zvyozd''. He acquired further fame when he represented Belarus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 with " Work Your Magic". Koldun finished sixth overall, which remains the country's most successful result to date. He starred as ''Joaquín'' in the rock opera ''"Звезда и Смерть Хоакина Мурьеты"'' (The Star and the Death of Joaquín Murety) staged at the Lenkom Theatre. Work Your Magic (album)
"Work Your Magic" is a single released by Dmitry Koldun, which ranked 6th in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki, representing . The title is a pun on the artist's surname, since ''koldun'' () in Russian means "magician" or "sorcerer". The song is an up-tempo number, with Koldun describing the power that his lover has over him, likening it to "magic". He tells her that, as a result of her power, she can "keep isheart forever bound". He also promises "you'll get the best of what I've got". "Work Your Magic" featured on Koldun's 2009 self-titled debut album as a new, longer version of "Dai Mne Silu" (). Deep Zone Project
Deep Zone Project is a Bulgarian house/ electro band formed in 1998 by DJ Dian Solo, JuraTone and Rossko. They are most famous for their collaboration with DJ Balthazar, representing Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "DJ, Take Me Away". The band has released five albums and has had a number of successful singles on the Bulgarian charts and has won many national and international awards. The Eurovision Song Contest 2006 was the 51st edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Athens, Greece, following the country's victory at the with the song "My Number One" by Helena Paparizou.
