Dmitri Dun
Dmitri Dun ( uk, Дмитро Олексійович Дунь; born 7 November 1989) is a Ukrainian former competitive ice dancer. With Siobhan Heekin-Canedy, he is a three-time Ukrainian national champion and placed as high as 14th at the World Championships. Career Early in his career, Dun competed with Alisa Agafonova. They made their ISU Junior Grand Prix debut in the 2004–05 season. In 2006, they won their first JGP medal, silver, in Taipei. In 2007–08, Agafonova/Dun placed 4th in one JGP event and took silver in another. They qualified for the ISU Junior Grand Prix Final where they finished 6th. They then placed 7th at the 2008 World Junior Championships. In 2008–09, Agafonova/Dun won gold and silver medals on the JGP series. They qualified for their second JGP Final and finished 7th. 2009 World Junior Figure Skating Championships
The 2009 World Junior Figure Skating Championships was an international competition in the 2008–09 season. Commonly called "World Juniors" and "Junior Worlds", they are an annual figure skating competition in which elite figure skaters compete for the title of World Junior Champion in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The event was held between February 22 and March 1, 2009, at the Winter Sports Hall in Sofia, Bulgaria. The event had been provisionally scheduled to be held in Ostrava, Czech Republic, however, due to financial reasons, the Czech Figure Skating Association could not host. Therefore, on October 13, 2008, the International Skating Union definitively assigned the World Junior Championships to Sofia. Riccardo Cocciante (; born 20 February 1946), also known in French-speaking countries and the U.S. as Richard Cocciante (), is an Italian singer, composer, theatre man and musician. He acquired French citizenship. Personal life Cocciante was born on 20 February 1946 in Saigon, French Indochina, now Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to an Italian father from Rocca di Mezzo, L'Aquila, and a French mother. At the age of 11, he moved to Rome, Italy, where he attended the Lycée français Chateaubriand. He has also lived in France, the United States, and Ireland. The free dance (FD) is a segment of an ice dance competition, the second contested. It follows the rhythm dance (RD). Short Dance
The short dance (SD) was the first segment of an ice dancing competition from the 2010–2011 to the 2017–2018 seasons. It was approved in June 2010 by the International Skating Union (ISU). It merged the original dance (OD) and compulsory dance (CD), which were both discontinued. The ISU renamed the short dance to the rhythm dance (RD) in 2018. The SD was composed of two parts: the pattern dance (formerly known as the compulsory dance), which lasted about one minute and could be placed anywhere in the SD, and the creative section, which took up most of the SD.
