Diva Universal (Italy)
Diva Universal was an Italian television channel owned by Universal Networks International Italia, and broadcast on SKY Italia Channel 128 (Entertainment package). Until 31 March 2011, the channel was named Hallmark Channel. Hallmark Channel was owned by the privately backed Sparrowhawk Media Group, until late 2007 when the company was bought by NBCUniversal. On 30 June 2015, Diva Universal Italy was permanently discontinued at midnight. NBCUniversal International Networks, formerly NBC Universal Global Networks and Universal Networks International, is a part of NBCUniversal, owned by Comcast. History When NBCUniversal was formed in 2004, it owned many entertainment television channels in Europe and Latin America. These were mostly a few international versions of the Sci Fi Channel, three action and suspense series channels in Europe, the Italian Studio Universal channel and the Latin American version of the USA Network. Two Twisted
''Two Twisted'' is an Australian TV mystery anthology drama which premiered on the Nine Network on 14 August 2006. Narrated by Bryan Brown, who also produced the series' predecessor, ''Twisted Tales'', each episode of the series contains two short half-hour stories, that have a twist ending. Also present in each episode is a link or connection between the two tales. Rather than draw on a pool of experienced writers, the producers of the series issued a call to up-and-coming writers to submit screenplays. Some 2,400 entries were received and from these, 14 finalists were chosen. Directors were chosen in a similar fashion. A mix of experienced and emerging directors were chosen to shoot each episode. ''Ghost Squad'', known as ''G.S.5'' for its third series, was a crime drama series that ran between 1961 and 1964, about an elite division of Scotland Yard. In each episode the Ghost Squad would investigate cases that fell outside the scope of normal police work. Despite the show and characters being fictional, an actual division did exist within the Metropolitan Police at the time.
