''Disclosure'', originally subtitled ''Disclosure: Trans Lives on Screen'', is a 2020 American documentary film directed and produced by Sam Feder. The film follows an in-depth look at Hollywood's depiction of transgender people and the impact of their stories on transgender lives and American culture. Sam Feder is an American filmmaker. Early life and education Feder was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. In 2004, he received an MA degree in media studies from the New School, New York. In 2013, he received an MFA degree from the Integrated Media Arts graduate program at Hunter College, New York. Jen Richards is a transgender American writer, actress, producer and activist. Life and career Richards was born in Mississippi and resides in North Carolina. She graduated from Shimer College with a BA in Philosophy, and studied at Oxford University. In 2015, she appeared as a supporting cast member of Caitlyn Jenner's reality show '' I Am Cait''.
